I'm Victoria, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Fitness and Health Promotion graduate. I believe food should be a guilt, stress and obsession free experience. Diet culture will always be a no from me, and instead I promote realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes that support an improvement in overall health.
